Jan-Willem Könemann is a Business Developer at TNO’s Energy & Materials Transition Unit, where he leads the Sustainable Fuels and Chemicals program. He works closely with scientists and industry partners to advance new technologies for producing sustainable fuels and chemicals that accelerate the energy transition.

Jan-Willem’s background in chemical engineering bridges technical innovations and business development. His mission is to help move breakthrough research from the lab to large-scale industrial application, creating real impact in low-carbon fuel and chemical production.
