Dr. Maksim Sonin is a Hydrogen Projects Fellow at Stanford University’s Precourt Institute for Energy, where he leads initiatives that advance innovations and sustainable energy systems. He is recognised for his leadership in strategic global investments and large-scale capital projects across the energy industry.

Maksim’s work spans humanitarian and sustainability efforts, including the development of the world’s largest ammonia and urea production facilities. As a Fellow of the Energy Institute (UK) and member of the Stanford Hydrogen Initiative, he champions cleaner global development.
